Alicorp stood out as one of the winners in the Ideas 2024 Awards, obtaining recognition in two categories for its Pots that Develop program. This initiative, which seeks to empower community pots and their leaders, has been awarded in the silver categories in Creative Strategy and bronze in Public Relations.
The event, which reaches its eighth edition, is one of the most prestigious in the creative field in the country, and on this occasion it is part of the celebration of the 70 years of the Peruvian Association of Advertising Agencies (APAP).
Pots that Develop has been an initiative that has promoted community development through training, delivery of food and equipment that has reached more than 440 common pots in 10 regions of the country, benefiting more than 42 thousand people. “It is an honor to receive these recognitions, which highlight not only the creativity, but the real impact that we are generating in the most vulnerable communities in the country,” said Malena Morales, vice president of Corporate Affairs at Alicorp. “This award is a testament to Alicorp's commitment to developing innovative solutions to address urgent social problems such as food security. We will continue working hand in hand with our allies and communities to continue building a better tomorrow,” he said.
Previous recognitions
Throughout this year, Ollas que Desarrollo has accumulated numerous recognitions both locally and internationally. In addition to the success at the Ideas 2024 Awards, the project has been awarded at festivals such as El Sol 2024 in Spain, where it won two silver and bronze awards in the categories “Brand Activation and Experience” and “Public Relations”, and in the WINA Festival 2024, with gold and silver in the “World Best” and “Effectiveness” categories, as well as in the NY Festival, Effies Perú, Anda, among others.
The agency in charge of the creative work was Valor, brand partners, recently recognized as the Best Advertising Agency in the effectiveness category of the Effie Index in Peru; together with the agencies Tribeca and LLYC, which have expressed the company's commitment to the development and well-being of the community, through the communication of its innovative plans with high social impact.
